Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!  I hope everyone is celebrating with family and friends!  

A few things I am THANKFUL for today and everyday...

  • My amazing family
  • My supportive husband, who I fall more in love with everyday
  • Two healthy, happy boys
  • Unexpected hugs from Parker
  • Snuggles from Ryder
  • Great friends
  • My sister who does fun things with my hair and lets me borrow her clothes
  • My brother who always makes me laugh
  • My parents who got up with both of my boys this morning, so I could sleep a little longer
  • Yummy Food
  • Parker's teachers
  • Being surrounded by encouraging, positive and inspiring people
  • A new, growing business
  • Traditions
  • Champagne
  • and YOU!!!

This afternoon, we will be toasting with a Cranberry Champagne Cocktail.  Cheers to all of you!

1/4 cup Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 1/4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
4 cups chilled champagne or other sparkling wine
Stir together Cointreau, juices, and sugar and chill, covered, 2 to 6 hour
Just before serving, divide among 10 champagne flutes and top off with champagne.
Makes 10 drinks.
