There is no cost to join--sign up today."  In order to save 30% you need to sign up for the Subscribe and Save option, which is a recurring shipment of your order.  You can change your order, the frequency or cancel at anytime.  I signed up to get diapers delivered every couple months, just to try it out.  I might need to up the frequency though. 

I love finding good prices on things, especially items I need to buy frequently. And its one less thing you need to go to the store for.
