Gratitude Journal

Gratitude journal. Who wants to join me? Write down 5 things you are grateful for everyday. It can be as simple as having a hot shower, a nap, 15 minutes to yourself...

I started my Gratitude journal at the beginning of the year and I've actually been keeping up with it everyday.  Here are a few things from mine:

  • Celebrating 8 years of Marriage
  • Listening to Parker read
  • Barre Class
  • Light, fluffy snow
  • Ryder telling me "I love you all day," "I love you two times" and "I love you forever!"
  • A garbage can that automatically opens, especially when my hands are full or dirty
  • Dinner and game night with friends
  • A nap
  • Girls Night Out
  • Movie night with my family
  • Swim Lessons for Parker and Ryder
